Jake received a summer undergraduate research fellowship in summer 2020 to work on a project testing whether negative effects of habitat fragmentation are more common in landscapes where matrix quality is low. He presented that work at an undergraduate research symposium in Spring 2021, and will continue to collect data on the project in Fall 2021.
