Andrew did his MS research in Colombia, where he found that species' tolerance to high temperatures mediates edge responses of amphibians and reptiles in tropical rainforest. He completed his MS in 2020, published his thesis in 2023 in Biotropica and is currently a PhD student at UC Boulder.
